Minor maintenance tasks and odd jobs completed during planned visits where practical, without automatically calling another contractor.

Bespoke and project oversight

Work defined, quotations reviewed, specialists coordinated and the completed result checked.

Keyholding and access

Secure keyholding within an active care plan, with reliable access for deliveries, engineers and agreed attendance.

Arrival preparation

Pre-arrival checks and set-up are available on request with Gold Care. Platinum Care includes preparation coordinated within a scheduled visit, with tasks agreed in advance.

One-off property review

A comprehensive inspection and written condition report, with clear recommendations and no commitment to ongoing care.

Before you arrive

Heating, agreed essentials, outdoor areas and final checks handled within the scheduled preparation visit.

While you are away

Leaks, hairline cracks, damp, alarms and unusual changes noticed early, before they become more serious.

After severe weather

A prompt agreed visit, photographs and practical action to protect the property where required.

When something needs attention

A minor task completed directly where practical, or the right specialist coordinated and their work checked.

02 Care plans

Four levels of informed property care.

Choose secure local keyholding, responsive keyholder support or a fuller care plan shaped around your home.

Key Holding£35/month

A spare key held securely by OnJuvo for planned property access. This plan does not include active monitoring, emergency response or police keyholder registration. Planned attendance requires at least three working days’ notice and is available during normal office hours. Attendance is £50 including the first hour, then £35/hour.

Key Holding Plus£60/month

OnJuvo acts as your nominated local keyholder, with our details registered with Devon & Cornwall Police where applicable. If an incident is reported, we can attend, assess the situation and help coordinate the appropriate response. The plan also provides access to OnJuvo’s trusted trade network by arrangement, subject to availability. Planned attendance is £50 including the first hour, then £35/hour. Emergency out-of-hours attendance is £80 including the first hour, then £35/hour.

Gold Care£225/month

Repairs and maintenance coordinated on request, at agreed cost
Priority response and closer property oversight

Property Health Check £175

A one-off inspection and written condition report, with no ongoing commitment.

Additional visit £50

Includes the first hour during office hours.

Further time £35/hour

Charged after the first hour.

Emergency out-of-hours attendance £80

Key Holding Plus only; includes the first hour, then £35/hour.

Gold and Platinum prices are confirmed after an initial property assessment. Third-party contractor costs and materials are additional and agreed separately.

09 Trusted support

A reliable local trade network.

Years spent on North Cornwall's residential projects have built trusted relationships with electricians, plumbers, roofers, decorators, groundworkers and specialist suppliers. If you already have cleaners or gardeners you trust, OnJuvo is happy to work with them. If not, we can arrange the right people properly. OnJuvo appoints specialists, coordinates access and checks the result.

Property visit

We review the house, its systems and current arrangements, then agree the right care plan and boundaries.

Care begins

Visits start to the agreed schedule, with clear reports and direct contact whenever a decision is required.

05 Frequently asked

Clear from the outset.

Is OnJuvo only a keyholding service?

No. Keyholding supports the wider care plan. The main value is informed inspection, practical maintenance and proper coordination.

Can you work with our existing cleaner or gardener?

Yes. We are happy to work with people you already trust, or arrange suitable local support where something is missing.

Do you carry out maintenance yourselves?

We can complete many minor tasks and odd jobs during planned visits. Specialist or larger work is quoted and coordinated separately.

What is included in arrival preparation?

Gold Care offers a pre-arrival check and set-up on request. Platinum Care includes preparation coordinated within a scheduled visit. Any additional time, materials or third-party costs are agreed separately.

How are contractors selected?

We use established local relationships and match the contractor to the work. We can obtain quotations, brief the job and check completion.

Will we receive a report?

Yes. Planned inspections include concise photographic reporting, with recommendations and decisions highlighted clearly.
